ORP Rules

1. No harassment, discrimination or abuse of any kind within Teamspeak or Discord(be respectful). Any discriminatory remarks or comments in relation to Race, Religion, Age, Sex or Sexual orientation will be dealt with harshly by means of an immediate ban. There is no exception to this rule, this means both in and out of role play. These actions and comments are completely unacceptable.
2. Discord is a requirement. If you leave the Discord server, it is considered a resignation.
3. Keep channel discussions on topic. Administrators and Staff will try to keep everyone on topic while in Discord or TeamSpeak, so when asked, move off-topic chats to the appropriate channel.
4. Don't be an asshole.
5. Political discussion is discouraged as your political leanings don't matter here. Feel free to post or discuss in the appropriate channel, but understand you might be ignored.
6. For Discord, check the pins in each channel before contributing to the channel.
7. Illegal activity will be dealt with on a case by case basis -- likely immediate removal, permanent ban, and blacklist from our affiliates.
8. Admission to illegal activity in-real-life is grounds for immediate removal, permanent ban, and blacklist from our affiliates -- we don't want your drama; at all.
9. You are NOT allowed to abuse any privileges that you may have while here. Act appropriately.
10. We do not play politics with other communities. We have our own rules, our own servers, our own Staff and Admins, and a purpose. We as an entity are concerned about ourselves, no one else. We don't spread rumors about you, so there is no need to spread rumors about us.
11. Furthermore -- we do not tolerate unnecessary drama of any sort. There is no place for it here, as this community is an escape from our normal lives to come and play games, and have fun together.
12. No excessive cursing, or sexual content.
13. No NSFW, drug, pornography, sexually explicit or suggestive material.
14. No spam. This includes server invites, mass mentions, caps, screamers, and link spam.
15. No advertising of any kind. This includes "follow me @ Example", server invites, and affiliate links.
16. No sharing of illegal content
17. No sharing of private information to include: Posting the personal information of people other than yourself is prohibited, and for privacy's sake, we don't recommend sharing your own.
18. No blank names. Odds are, the Staff and Admins will assume it is either a bot or breach in the community and will automatically ban accordingly.
19. Don't tag staff or community members (or tag roles like @Member) unless there is an issue, or if they are participating in the public chats.
20. Don't be an asshole. No, really, don't.

ORP Server Rules

• You are to ACTIVELY be in the correct Teamspeak channel when connected to any OriginRP FiveM server.
• No PTSD or Suicidal Role-play (The act of preparing for the act, about to, implying, or committing the act) Suicide by cop counts towards this rule.
• No Mentally Challenged Role-play (banned RP includes specific mental illnesses and developmental disabilities, but respectful generalized mental illness may be permitted pending approval from Civ CoC).
• No Committing the act of Sexual Role-play (Consensual or otherwise). You can still pretend/claim verbally an act occurred in the past, but you cannot actually perform the actions in-game.
• No Terrorist Role-play (Defined as violence explicitly designed to instill mass fear as its primary purpose). The act of preparing/planning or implying terrorism will be treated as full terrorism and is not to occur.
• No Hate Crimes Role-play of a hateful person is permitted, but individually committing a hate crime on another citizen is against community policy.
• Due to the fact we have no Law Enforcement resources to deal with explosive RP, any RP involving explosives (/me /ooc or verbal) is not to occur.
• In the interest of protecting our community and content creators from any unwanted attention from groups and algorithms. The use of racist or derogatory words is not allowed by anyone regardless of real-life color/race.
• Any questionable or "Grey area" RP will be ruled on and determined by Civ CoC to be acceptable or unacceptable. Anything ruled unacceptable will be posted in Discord and the SOP will be amended shortly there after.
• Do NOT enter the LAW ENFORCEMENT Channel when running as a civilian for any reason, wait for a dispatcher to pull you for a /911 call if it is needed. /911 calls can be seen by LEO in the CAD and will be answered in order of severity if no Dispatch is online. Please DO NOT spam /911. (this includes offduty LEO)
• If you are killed or injured in-game you are to stay in-game to provide cooperative RP and evidence for the scene you are involved in. At no point should you purposely leave or quit the game without notice - this will be considered a minor breach and fail roleplay. If you have an IRL emergency let the LEO know via text in-game that you have to leave.
